Hosting a Party or Event?
Pitt Street OTP is the perfect spot for all your special event needs! Located near the waterfront and on the edge of the Harbor District, our historic building is welcoming with refurbished wood walls, rustic tin ceiling, and a dock overlooking the Pamlico River. From office functions and fundraisers to birthday parties and holiday celebrations, we provide the perfect spaces to make your party memorable.
The Spaces
The dock:
The private dock area is comfortably suited for groups of 50 people or less. Included in this area are 7 high top tables, 2 low top table, and 32-36 chairs for guests to use. There are 2 dedicated heaters available for your party use, during the colder weather months. Your bar service will be on the dock and provided via the exclusive dock side bar access point.
Riverside:
The riverside area offers a higher capacity up to 60 guests. This area includes 4 picnic style tables that seat 4-8 people each, 2 standing tables, and 8 low incline chairs. The riverside area is not ADA accessible and there are stairs that must be used to reach the area. Bar service will be provided on the dock via the exclusive dock side-bar access point. Due to our taproom building being a historical property, the two bathrooms on site are located within the main taproom.

Q: When can I schedule a walkthrough of the space?
A: You may come and check out the space at anytime during business hours. Ask for a manager if you have questions.
Q: Can I bring my own food and beverage?
A: Since we do not sell food you may bring in any outside food or have your event catered by a third party. We do sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages so we do not allow outside drinks on the premise.
Q: Are there decoration restrictions?
A: We ask that no glitter/confetti be used and nothing be taped or stuck to the walls.

Q: Who sets up our event?
A: We do not offer any party planning services at the brewery. You are responsible for the setting up and the breaking down of your event.
Q: Is the space totally private?
A: Yes, we close the garage door to provide an enclosed area separate from the taproom. You will still have access to the bar via your exclusive dock side bar access point.
Q: What drinks do you offer?
A: We sell a variety of craft beer all made in-house along with a guest cider, red and white wine options. We also sell non-alcoholic drinks such as Coca Cola products.
